Nobody likes receiving faulty goods! While we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Replacement:

1. Email marketing@anzuk.education with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.

2. Once we review your request, we’ll arrange for a replacement or reprint at no extra cost.

Please note: This policy applies only to items that arrive damaged or with defects. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered.

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a different colour, we’re happy to help.

How to Exchange:

1. Email marketing@anzuk.education with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.

2. Ship the item back to us at your expense. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

3. Once we receive your item, we’ll arrange for your replacement to be sent out.
